Hire Resolve's client in the mining industry is looking for a hands-on SHEQ Manager in Burgersfort, Limpopo.

 Responsibilities:

• To lead the SHEQ Team in providing a totally integrated SHEQ function to the site and to influence Site Management to embed a culture of SHEQ excellence
• Enforce SHEQ and other related legislative requirements
• Align best practices and identify critical SHEQ focus areas through regular analysis of existing integrated site and group SHEQ activities
• Demonstrate expert leadership by empowering site line management and workers to adopt a culture of Zero Tolerance toward non-compliance with the ultimate goal of achieving Zero Harm

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma
• 8 years of experience with 3 years in a managerial position
• SAMTRAC
• Risk Management Certificate
• Risk Assessment Techniques/HIRA qualification
• COID, ODIMWA, and OHSA
• NEBOSH
• ICAM

• Salary: R1M/yr - R1.5M/yr, salary negotiable
